System dynamics in government

Id like to compile a list of the uses of system dynamics in
government, including agencies that use it regularly, individuals to
contact, important studies (who did them and for whom), and even
"failures." Im after uses IN [by, for] government, not studies
ABOUT government or economics or public policy.
If you know of such, please email me with the details and I will
compile the results and send them back to the system dynamics
listserve. If its a lot that you dont want to write out, can you
point me to where Id find cites?
