System Dynamics in UK

Dear Fellow System Dynamicists,

I want to pursue a Ph.D. in UK in system dynamics, and therefore would
like to get some information about schools that are teaching this
discipline. Could you give me a list of those schools?

The hosts note gives a web address for the System Dynamics Society where
a wide range of European and UK institutions list courses in system
dynamics, including London Business School.
