Dear Discussion Group,

Im very glad to see the MIT System Dynamics Group on the WEB.

The books of Mr. Forrester had arised my interest regarding this method
and also view of the world.

Im working in the field of researches for communications, especially
for our minister, from Romania.

And I want to ask you, if you have any idea about the applicability of
the System Dynamics method regarding the management of a national
telecommunication sector ( this especially from the point of view of
regulatory authority).
