Speed of simulation in Game

As I distributed the beta version of the application, the users who are testing it and MDs, are not satisfied with the speed of simulation when they run a game. As they run the model, they are happy with the speed of simulation, but in the gaming environment the simulation slows down. Is there any way around it? Is it possible to speed up the simulation in the game environment?

I guess, Changing "Save Per" (model settings) to a larger value should do the trick.
