Resource allocation situation

Hello all;
I have been receiving the group's email for a long time and this is my
first e-mail to you. It may not sound well that I'm looking for
something not offering it. But I'm not yet in a position to contribute
positively to the group. Hopefully I'm going to be soon.
I'm seeking a SD model for the strategic resource allocation decisions
in a manufacturing firm or similar settings. I'm working for PhD which
is SD based. Resource allocation decisions can be considered the main
function of top management levels. I'd like to know about a SD model for
such situations. If you can refer me to something like that it will be a
great help and I'll be providing interesting feedback as I expect from
my work.
