I am currently doing a PhD. The topic of the research proposal is:
Benchmarking Organisation Structures and Management Control Mechanisms
using Systems Engineering.
Has there been done anything similiar in this field before? If anyone has some suggestions on it I would be pleased to hear about them.

A few years ago I read a repport about the SD 4s use in the Enterprise. Perhaps it
proceeded from SD review ?
If you get any data, I would like to share with you !
I am searching for the use (and items) of Productivity, DSS, SD, Models, methods & tools in
different Telecomms Operators.
