Error running with Vensim Runtime

I'm running a model using Vensim Runtime and it isn't working with Excel link.
I created a simple test with and without the function GET XLS CONSTANTS('file.xls', 'sheet' , 'cell' )) and doesn't work.
Of course the model is working when I used Vensim DSS.
The same error occur using Vensim Reader.
Any hint?

Can you let us know which version number of Vensim Runtime you are using?

Yes, the version is Vensim Runtime 5.0c1

And is the spreadsheet in the same directory as the model?

Yes, of course. Actually when I ran using DSS version works.
Using the Vensim Runtime I get the message:
"Model has errors - cannot be simulated".
I also verified the row and columns definition because it changes using Spanish version of MSOffice .

The error message you get suggest the .vmf file is not quite right. In Vensim DSS do a model check model to make sure it is fine, then save the .vmf file again. Then try it with Runtime/Model Reader.

Actually I created a new model and happens the same.
It isn't the reason. The same model works with Vensim Runtime without Excel Link but as soon as we include the link (after save it as .vfm) failed.
Maybe you can send em your e mail?
