Hi,

I'm using the minimal dll. The problem that I have is when I try to register the dll.

What I'm doing is in Start>Run> I type the command: regsvr32 vendlm32.dll, and the dll file is in the folder c:/windows/system32

After run that command I get an error message: "Vendlm32 was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found"

Are those the correct steps to use the dll?

** Note: I copy & paste the vendlm32.dll that I have been installed from the CD in my computer, in other computer that doesn't have Vensim. And I tested it in two different machines (win xp and win nt) and I get the same error.

thanks in advance!

You don't need to register the DLL. Registration is only for certain types of DLL, the minimal one is not one of them.

It should work fine as long as it is in the windows system directory.
