Hi,
I try to make a sensitivity simulation for a model that is similar to the customer-model of the VENSIM tutorial. How does it exactly work and which variables are supposed to be changed?
Do I only have to set a MIN/MAX -range for the constants of the model?
Thanks for your help!!

Chapter 15of the User's Guide describes the mechanics for doing this. As to the theory telling you which constants to choose and what ranges/distributions. That is up to you and your understanding of the model you are working with.
One comment, I generally find using a uniform distirbution over reasonably large contant ranges to be the most effective. This makes it likely you will explore as many possible behavioral areas as are contained in the model.

It depends on the distribution you chose. When you use a random distribution you nedd to define de interval in which the values of the parameter are going to be taken.
But if you choose a normal distribution, for example, the yo also have to define -besides de interval, that is maximun and minum values- mean and standard deviation
