Indirect measurement of rates

hello every members
If I have 1 level (I have its behavior), four outflows
(I can get it) and one inflow (I want to predicate its
behavior). The question is how I can predicate the
behavior of this inflow to maintain the level behavior.

Note: the unknown inflow is nonlinear.

With my best regards

Hi.

Your question posted too on the sdmail list is if I understand it correctly very simplistic.
If the period of times are ti in t1…tn , the levels leveli
the four outflow outlow1i,outflow2i,outflow3i and outflow4i and the
inflow inflowi then you have:
leveli+1 = leveli + inflowi – outflow1i – outflow2i – outflow3i – outflow4i
and then inflowi = leveli+1 – leveli + outflow1i + outflow2i + outflow3i + outflow4i
Salutations.

your think is right but vensim does not support inflow from outflow.

Hi

I do not understand what you mean by "Vensim does not support inflow from outflow". Can you be more explicit?
