Hello,

I am-still- working on a HIV model in collaboration with WHO in Geneva. I am now trying to assess the impact of tri-therapies I guess one way of doing it is to compare cumulated deaths with and without HAART let say in 25 years. Could you please indicate the way to cumulate individuals (e.g. cumulate the indivuduals from 16 to 20 who died from AIDs in phase 4 between month 1 and month 300 on the simplified model attached?
Thanks a lot in advance
Chris from Lausanne:)

Your question does sound simple - perhaps it is. To cumulate something just use INTEG as in

cumulative deaths of initerest=INTEG(deaths of interest,0) ~ Person ~|
deaths of interest = deaths in 16 to 20 st 1 + deaths in 21 to 45 stage 1 + ...

I hope that is helpful. If you mean something different let me know.
