I'm interested in models of innovation - why are some organizations
successful and others unsuccessful at end-to-end innovation. And of
course how does one move from the latter to the former.
Does anyone know of relevant SD resources on this topic?

Hi George,
Clayton Christensen has put forward a conceptual model of innovation
in his ""The Innovator's Dilemma"" series. You could turn that into a
computational model.
I have seen a paper by Rosanna Garcia at Northeastern University that
describes an agent based model of innovation. I haven't gotten around
to reading it yet, but it looks promising.
Thanks,
Bipin
