Hello,

I have a little problem with boxed variables. Is it through that they have a automatic delay of one timeperiode (week, month whatever you filled in)?

How can i solve this problem?

Because my stock goes from a boxed variable to another boxed variable i get a backlog which i do not want to have.

I hope you know what i mean.

Stocks are integrations or accumulations and that means they change the way things behave with respect to time. If you do not want this you should not use a stock, use an auxiliary equation instead.

If you do not understand any of this then you should work throught the User's Guide or read John Sterman's book Business Dynamics.
