Hi to everybody, I´m a poor Architecture student attending a simulation course with VENSIM. Now my goal should be to write a short simulation about Life Cycle Cost of a building...
HELP...... I´ve no idea. Any suggestion will be wellcome!!
I must think about Building costs, maintenance costs, restoring and demolition costs, please....
