Reference of RK4

I am using the RK4 method in Vensim V5.6a to simulate the flow of water along a great distance (>200 miles).

Should I cite the first (1988) or the second (1992) edition of Press et al.'s book, as the source on which the algorithm of RK4 in Vensim is based?

You can cite the second edition, or its citations. RK4 is a pretty standard algorithm.
