Posted by ""hazhir rahmandad"" <hazhir@vt.edu> Hi,
I am teaching a series of two courses in system dynamics in the Virginia Tech Industrial and Systems engineering department. For the second course, to be held next semester (Jan-May 07), we plan to have student projects on real world problems coming from clients in industry and public sector, and I am looking for candidate projects for this purpose. Students will be in two locations at Northern Virginia/DC area and Blacksburg (geographical proximity is not a must but a plus). If you think you have an interesting problem that can benefit from a dynamic perspective, then this is a good opportunity for getting some talented graduate students work on your problem as you take the role of client for this course. It is free, beneficial for both sides, and time commitments are not too much. For more information please visit the following link. Contact me directly if you have any questions or a project proposal idea:
