Can't access Sable help files

When I try to download the Sable help files at this link (http://www.ventanasystems.co.uk/Files/Sable.chm), I get an Access Denied error.
I just clicked on the link you provided and it downloaded SABLE.CHM ok. However, I know that our US web hosting server has been somewhat erractic today (I have no emails in or out at the moment!). Please try the link again and see if it's working again.
