I've been looking for a two week course in the US...but I can only find workshops or entire degrees. Does anyone know of where I can find more extensive training in the US? (on systems dynamics, facilitation and modeling etc.)

The most up to date list of courses is usually found on the SD mailing list (Tony Gill's "PERIODIC Calendar of Conferences, Courses & Contacts"). The last one I have archived is here.
