Vensim Hangs when closing help

Not sure if this is something new or not, but I find that Vensim aborts when I exit the help files. This occurs even if I do not have a model open and even if I just open and then close help.
This is Version 5.7 professional

Do you get the same behaviour in other applications (not a Microsoft application though)?
Can you also let us know what operating system you are using?
It works fine for me here on XP.

I have been unable to duplicate this problem today.... but it was a problem for several days.
I am not sure what has changed. If the problem returns I will let you know.

Explanation of hang when closing help

I have found that the speech to text software "Dragon Naturally Speaking" was causing Vensim to abort when I opened and then closed Vensim help.
This is Dragon Preferred Ver 9.10 SP1
Perhaps not something that will affect many people.
