Measuring of culture - for modeling purposes

Hello together,
while discussing causal loops with a friend on the question, "Why change is so difficult and what are the levers to put into gear", we stepped across the question on how make the stock of culture (named "process standards") measurable for simulation purposes.
On my research through the web I found an older thread here in the group with a posting by Nelson Repenning who mentioned a paper on a similar question.
It seems quite difficult to transfer the perceived culture into a measurable function (perhaps with auxiliary variables?).
What ready to use small models are around to get a deeper understanding?
Who has done similar simulations on similar questions?
I have attached the "model" we are discussing around and would be grateful on any questions, points and other comments on it.
Thanks a lot and best regards
Ralf
