Good morning everyone.

I would like to add Human Resources to my ever burgeoning model. It's obviously an extremely complex subject and one that requires more knowledge than I have in order to model it.

Can somebody recommend where I might be able to download a HR model that requires some "tweaking" or where I might read/learn how I go about creating such a model.

Hi Nik,

as I tackle similar questions that lead into HR and the more amorphous model variables that deal with people's behavior due to incentives etc. I would be very much interested in models and further discussion on how to tackle the mentioned questions.
