I am looking for research addressing modeling/systems dynamics of
Right-to-Work laws versus states that require union membership. There's
a lot of shrill rhetoric and propaganda on either side, and I'm
interested in the science of the matter.

I'll be following this conversation with interest, because Royal Mail, one
of CSC's clients, has a heavily unionized workforce, and I'm looking for
ways to model the issues associated with this.
