Is it possible to put number on the graphs generated by the analysis graph tool, like custom graphs?

Do you mean numbers on the plots?

If that is what you mean, click Tools->Options and select "Graphics". On the Graph Tool section, tick the boxes saying "Line Markers".

Strangely I had done it, and it worked only with custom graphs.
Now it works with both!
