Java Applications

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me weather we can add our own Java Applications to Vensim. And if so what version of vensim( What license) allows us to do that?

Do you mean run Vensim from within Java or add applets to the Vensim application?
If you want to run Vensim from Java, there is an example that ships with Vensim DSS that shows you how to do this.
