For want of a better description, what I am looking for is whether Vensim in any shape or form supports a feature, where the simulation runs sufficiently slowly for the graphs to change / update in front of the viewer. I guess it would probably look like a gaming mode with no input changes and the play button automatically being pressed at given intervals.

So in short, is something such possible in Vensim (it apparently works that way in Powersim but acquiring a licence and learning to use it for just that one feature would be somewhat suboptimal).

You can use SIMULATION PAUSE to slow down a simulation and then WIP graphs to display output as the simulation progresses.
