Last year the journal Production and Operations Management began to publish 1
page profiles of the most important people in the history of operations
management. The current issue honors Jay Forrester (Production and Operations
Management 17(4): i-ii).
Along with Jay, those honored so far this year include Kenneth Arrow, Ronald
Coase, and William Cooper.
Congratulations to Jay!
