Vensim PLE how to make diagrams?

how to make diagrams in this programm? I need to make a Gantt chart, how can I make it!
Could you please offer me some basic information about how to do with it!
which buttoms to push?

There is no Gantt chart capability in Vensim PLE. Vensim is designed to make simulation models for feedback systems. If this is not your purpose you might want to look at a different type of software. Gantt charts in Vensim (Professional and DSS) are used, after the fact, to look at performance in models with well defined prerequisite structures (usually project models).
