Are there plans to release a Mac OS X native version of the Vensim family?

After several false starts, we are making progress on a native OSX version of Vensim. I am hoping to be able to say something less vague soon, but am not quite ready to even announce the announcement at this point.

If I buy Vensim DSS for Windows XP in the next week or so, will I get a free upgrade to Mac OSX (for the same build version of course), if and when it comes out?

Yes. The license is for the software independent of the platform it is running on.

Hi Bob,
Is there any promising progress regarding the native Mac OS X release of vensim? Vensim is almost my last link to windows OS, and I think I will be glad when I break that, too.

Hi Gonenc,

It goes in fits and starts, but there is progress. Hopefully after the conference I can concentrate a bit more on this.
