ICIST 2011 CALL FOR PAPERS
The International Conference on Information Science and Technology on
(ICIST 2011)) will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China during March 26
-28, 2011. Nanjing was an old capital of China for six dynasties with
2470-year history and rich cultural heritage. She is now a modern met
r
opolis featuring numerous historic and scenery sites. The recently op
e
ned high-speed trains can reach Nanjing from Shanghai in an hour at t
h
e speed of as high as 350 KM/hour.
ICIST 2010 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scien
tists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of re
s
earch and applications of information science and technology. The con
f
erence will feature plenary speeches given by world renowned scholars
,
regular sessions with broad coverage, and special sessions focusing o
n popular topics. The proceedings of ICIST 2010 will be published by
t
he IEEE with EI indexing. In addition, selected high-quality papers w
i
ll be published in special issues of SCI-journals.
Prospective authors are invited to contribute high-quality papers to
ICIST 2010. In addition, proposals for special sessions within the te
c
hnical scopes of the conference are solicited. Special sessions, to b
e
organized by internationally recognized experts, aim to bring togethe
r researchers in special focused topics. Papers submitted for special
sessions are to be peer-reviewed with the same criteria used for the
c
ontributed papers. Researchers interested in organizing special sessi
o
ns are invited to submit formal proposals to ICIST 2010. A special se
s
sion proposal should include the session title, a brief description o
f
the scope and motivation, names, contact information and brief biogra
phical information on the organizers.
