Hello,
Is it possible to store the data generate by Vensim or other SD tools (like Stella / Powersim) into a database (DB) where the data (in the DB) will be used by other application?

It can be done directly from Vensim.
Chapter 14 of the DSS reference supplement details how it is done.
I would have thought at the very least the other apps could export to CSV and then imported into a database.

TQ for the reply. Guess I can't use Vensim PLE (free version) to complete the class project. Maybe I should change my topic
Re: DataBase with Vensim or other SD tools
Can you suggest other ways to capture the data generated by Vensim PLE. Perhaps to a text file or other files?

You are very limited with PLE (it is designed for learning, not for anything more advanced).
I think the only thing available to you is to display a table, then copy/paste the contents to a text document and work with that.
Tony.
