Thank you for the help. I could manage to remove the error with model, but after changing the types to level there is new error that cropped up in units check. I did not understand this error. Request your help in this too.

Whenever you have a stock with units of (stuff), its associated flows will have units of (stuff/time). This arises from the basic nature of the stock-flow relationship: the flow is the rate of change over time of the stock.

So, where you have R&D staff, they should be just people, but hiring is the change in people, in people/month.
