Educational Testing Service exam questions model

Two of my fellow system dynamics students here at The University of
Bergen are developing a model for use in Germany that I believe is
simlar to a model about which I have read somewhere, or about which I
have seen a presentation. The model I recall was, I believe, built by
someone at the Educational Testing Service in the US, and had to do with
the rotation of examination questions in and out of pools of such
questions. Wed really appreciate any information about this model, any
publications on it, or how we might contact the authors.

Thank you.

The work being inquired about is going on in my shop at ETS. It was begun
with the assistance of Jack Homer (who ought to be somewhere about on this
list) and has been carried on by Steve Anderson of my staff. If you have
questions about the model, you can contact me at ETS.
