Problem with Vensim

Dear All,

my name is Alessandro and I'm an italian researcher.
With my group of work, we are using Vensim (Version 6.2) with University free licence, but unfortunately we have some technical problems.
I mean that when we try to create a CLD map with a lot of variables, the software doesn't respond to commands and when we close it and re-open, then the veriables that we have built, disappear. (We have moreover saved)

Do you know why?

Can you explain step by step what you do to make Vensim stop responding?

And if it is not responding, how do you save the model?

I solved the problem. I think that the problem is the last version of Vensim.

If you can send us a copy of the model, we might be able to track it down. We haven't changed anything in the diagramming that I'm aware of.
