How do I delete an arrow, or a note? selecting the item and right-clicking doesn't work, nor using the menubar (cut, delete).

Select the item, then hit the <Delete> key.

Thanks. My problem was to delete an arrow between variables. But obviously this was "old" Vensim thinking... I realized that I have to delete the variable which is the cause from the diagram.

A problem occurs when I want to delete a text.

Yes - the text tool seems to be buggy. We'll fix it, but in the meantime avoid it. The yellow sticky note seems fine though.
