unable to open vensim help

Hi I just installed vensin dss on a windows PC and I am not able to open vensim help.
the error is showed in the attachement.
How can i correct the link to the help ?

Install using admin permissions and it should work fine.

Hi thanks for you answer.
it was installed with an admin account. But I am using it with my own account which does not have the admin rights.
unfortunately I cannot have admin rights on my institution PC.

Hello,
Actually by checking the VENSIM or VENSIMREADER folders, I don't see any Help sub folder.
The correct link to the help
C:\Users\Public\VensimREADER\vensim.chm or C:\Users\Public\VensimREADER\vensim.chm
I guess this is the cause of the error. What is the solution ?

The only way to fix is to install using administrator permissions.
During installation, the installer writes the help location to the registry, if the installer cannot save this info, the help will not work.
