When I try to install, I get Failed- Virus Detected even when I disable my virus software- Any ideas?

Sounds to me like your machine is already infected with something if it's reporting a fail even though the anti-virus is disabled.

I'd run a full scan immediately.

Is it reporting a real virus or just suspicious? We see hundreds of PLE downloads every week, apart from this, we haven't received a single report of a virus in our software.

Either that, or you have more than one virus protection application active, and not all are disabled.
