Hi All,

Am new to the system dynamics space and am developing a model to determine the impact of staff motivation on information security incidents in organisations. I have put together a model using vensim and would like help in two areas;

1. to check the flow of the model to determine whether it makes sense
2. to check equations to confirm whether they are correct or require minor tweaks

Any help is indeed welcome !!

Two remarks.

There are no units in your model which makes your model difficult to understand.

There is no dynamic in your model: no feedback loops anywhere.
