Limitation of number of downloads

Hello!
I have tried to download Vensim PLE+ 7.1 few times because of very slow download speed and received a message: "maximum number of download times is reached". Now I don't have a possibility to download the software. Please, tell me what to do?

Still no email from you has been received. You might want to check that your outgoing emails are working.
