I am the IT person for our computer labs, I have a request to use you software. I was attempting to download and install your software and I have a license but I need a unlock code to install your software.

Is it possible to send me a unlock code, I work for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. College of Engineering and Mines. This will be used in our Civil Lab.

Please email us with as much information as possible about when you purchased (PO number, date, invoice number etc) and we can try and find it in our database.
