I am writing a Vensim model and I want to publish the model online.
What shall I do to have a model like C=ROAD model ?
so, I want users can run the model without seeing the model codes
like users do after downloading C=ROAD model.

All you can really do as a PLE+ user is package your model up for use with the model reader.

Whether you limit publications to the Reader only really depends on whether you want to restrict access to the model.
