Feature: Make "Run" and "Synthesim" more discoverable

Feature suggestion: I would add "Run" and "Synthesim" to a menu, such as the Model. Looking at the menu order now, you might put them both above "Simulate...".
The goal is to make the commands obvious and easy to find (people discover functionality by scanning menus) and also, maybe more importantly, let people know that cmd-R and cmd-B are keyboard shortcuts. Most people don't know cmd-B starts Synthesim, for instance.
