Model simulating uncompiled but not compiled

My problem is that a model is simulating when in "interpret" mode, but not when simulating "compiled". I get a "floating point overflow" error.
This is just a problem with this one model. "compiled" simulation works with other models, though.
Any idea what could be the reason? I mean which things are treated differently in compiled mode?
