loops icons

How can I draw the icons that represent the loops (positive or negative) in the causal diagram using VENSIM PLE? Apologies for Noob's question
.
In the image that I share the icons that I refer, appear as B1, B2, R1 and R2

You can create these with the Comment tool.

Very please could you indicate me where is the Comment tool? I cant find it in the buttons or vensim menu.
