May I ask if anyone would know how to obtain the licence no. that was used to have full access to Vensim on the Vensim software? Is it possible to check from the software itself? I went to 'About Vensim', under the Help section at the Top left of the Vensim window but could not find any licence. Most software usually put it in this section.

You get that information when you purchase Vensim. If you have purchased and lost your licence information, email is and we can retrieve it for you.

Under Help>About Vensim you will find the serial #, which may be helpful in retrieving the license key. For academic PLE, it may be simpler to simply repeat the download.
