Can anyone help with information and/or examples of SD models applied to =
innovation and the value chain. By innovation I mean more than product =
development. I include process innovation and also innovation in =
administration and support. =
An interesting aspect of this is innovation in the services sector, if =
anyone has done SD modelling with this perspective.
I would be happy to share the results of our work.
