Bug: Zoom in and out closes Vensim

Hi all,

Version 9.4.0 seems to have a bug for me. Each time I zoom in or out of the model view space the program is closing on me. I am using Windows 11, pressing CTRL + scroll in or out.

I have also tried clicking View> Zoom In or Zoom Out and the program quickly closes.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same result.

Have you submitted the crash reports? We haven't seen any.

I have not received any prompts from the software to submit a crash report. I also tried restarting. It now appears the same problem is occurring with a rollback to 9.3.5. I am not sure what changed.

It's working fine for me, holding CTRL and using the mouse wheel, I can zoom in/out without any problems.

Are you using the old GUI?

How exactly are you zooming in/out (the exact mouse clicks)?

Can you share a model that shows this behaviour?

Here is the model I keep getting the problem with. There are a lot of dependencies I will not send.

I am not using the old GUI. I have used both CTRL + scroll wheel, CTRL + +/- and View>Zoom In/Zoom Out. It usually closes after 2-3 scrolls in.

That model is also crashing for me. I'm investigating.

It's one of the custom graphs, not sure yet why it's causing a problem as I cannot see anything obviously wrong with it.

The attached model should be ok.
