Intelligent Agents (IA) and System Dynamics

Dear All,

System Dynamic (SD) is very interesting for many applications, and some
of you have done the research. In my mind, SD can model and evaluate the
IT software including Intelligent Agents. And I found the papers
describing the integration SD and Intelligent Agents.

I think SD can be applied in designing the Intelligent Agents or IT
applications. In this case, SD is not like E-R or UML modeling, but SD
can simulate and predict the behavior of systems and intection with
human. Because without measuring the inteaction, we will get the problem
that the system has many advanced features but people dont use optimum.

Please inform me the papers describe System Dynamic for Modeling
Intelligent Agents or IT applications.
