Coustom grafics get lost

We use Vensim PLE, 10.0. After saving a model and reopen it, the coustum grafics are lost. You can see the grey areas, where they have been. But the definition doesnt exist anymoren. This has happend several times to a lot of students.

I will try. I made the grafics new, so I now it is ok. I will send an example, if it occurs again. 16 of 19 students had the issue, but they all fixed it.

If you can give step by step instructions of what you do, we can try and do the same.

If you are doing an exercise that someone has given you, if you can share that, I can run through it myself to see why the graphs are lost.

Here is an example. I made this simulation on Wednesday. As a open it today, there is a grey area only. The defintion of the custom graphs is lost.

I think this is already ticketed - it's happening in other models as well. I was under the impression that 10.1 fixed it.
