about a simple use of the new GUI

Can somebody help me!

I join a simplistic model and I want a user able to use it.

i want the user to be able to change the value of the constant CONSTANT1, give a name to the new run simulating with the new value, and launch the simulation that will use the constant value and storing the results in the file whose name is the name given by the user.

There will be then three questiions using the new GUI and its new input/ouput objects.

But I suppose that the user has a version of Vensim to open the model and run it?

What if he does not have one, like in the case of the old Venapps?
