A few days ago, the secretary of the association I am part of purchased a license for Ventity.
Following the provided instructions, I tried to install the program using the license key, but I was unsuccessful.
After a couple of attempts, the programme crashed and now no longer opens. I tried to reinstall it but unfortunately it still won't open.
Can you help me understand where I went wrong?
